Stringent Quality Assurance System

There are two departments at Chemograf which are responsible for the quality assurance array:

1. The Inspection Department – performs tests using optical measuring machines, with an accuracy of +/- 0.005
2. Quality Assurance Department – oversees all the cross-organization processes and procedures.

All our manufactured items are tested using advanced testing equipment and undergo several iterated inspections: First Article Inspection (FAI), in-process inspection, post–finishing inspection and a final inspection. The raw materials are purchased from recognized Western suppliers and are accompanied by quality certificates. Furthermore, all the coating and thermal treatments subcontractors are authorized by the quality assurance systems of our defense customers.
