Assembling Pallets (gigs, trays, re balling pallets, press-fit device)

All this tools are used to apply components to printed circuit boards during assembly. The pallets are made of a glass epoxy or aluminum.

Steps In the Manufacturing Process:

Customer’s files are received compeered to the original files that were prepared by the PCB manufacturer.

Pallet files are prepared, including all data required for production.

The files are sent to customer approval

The raw material is processed.

The palette is assembled by adding elements required.

full inspection is carried out by QA department compeered with original files.
