Laser Welding

Technology to connect items, by heating the metals until they fuse and create one part.
The process is performed using a high intensity concentrated laser beam which enables the welding of a variety of metals with fine and narrow welding seams: stainless steel, silver nickel, aluminum, copper, brass, nickel, titanium, MU metals.

Advantages:

  • Producing very small parts without distortions and thermal deformations
  • It is possible to reach a minimum welding point of 0.1 mm
  • The degree of penetration into the depth of the raw material is derived from the power level of the laser beam
  • Controlling the energy intensity by controlling the focal point distance of the welded part
